Back in May of 2019 I visited a beautiful restaurant in Kings Cross, London while visiting a friend who was living in the city at the time. The restaurant was named the ‘German Gymnasium’ and sold German inspired dishes. Even though it was more than a year ago, it was such a great experience that I want to post about it on here so that I can remember it in the future…

The food was incredible and we were both extremely full on our way out of the restaurant to make our theatre reservation for ‘The Comedy About a Bank Robbery’.

As me and my friend are both vegetarian, we had the same starter and main (as we usually end up doing!). We both had the soup to start followed by the ‘Schupfnudeln and Seasonal Young Vegetables’.

The restaurant was very elegant and pretty with a grand piano and seating over two levels. The perfect spot for a working/ business lunch!
